Selecting Korean aesthetic devices for a clinic or distribution portfolio starts with the specification, not a slogan. Gauge, length, thread format, needle design, documentation and destination-market requirements all affect which product belongs in a serious professional discussion.

AB LIFE GLOBAL connects Korean aesthetic product portfolios with clinics, distributors and other professional buyers across international markets. This guide introduces four precision-device families drawn from our professional collection: ES blunt-tip cannulas, micro needles, the 9-pin screw multi needle and FIGO specialty thread systems.

ES blunt-tip cannulas: eight reference sizes

The ES Cannula range includes eight source-listed gauge, length and outer-diameter combinations. Buyers can review the full size reference before selecting models for sampling, quotations or documentation requests.

  • 18G × 70 mm — outer diameter 1.2 mm

  • 21G × 50 mm — outer diameter 0.8 mm

  • 22G × 50 mm — outer diameter 0.7 mm

  • 23G × 50 mm — outer diameter 0.6 mm

  • 23G × 70 mm — outer diameter 0.6 mm

  • 25G × 50 mm — outer diameter 0.5 mm

  • 27G × 40 mm — outer diameter 0.4 mm

  • 30G × 25 mm — outer diameter 0.3 mm

The supplier-listed range therefore spans 18G to 30G and 25 mm to 70 mm in length. These dimensions are reference specifications for product selection and are not clinical instructions. The applicable manufacturer instructions for use (IFU) should govern professional handling.

Micro needles and the 9-pin screw multi needle

The micro-needle collection features two compact reference options: 32G × 4 mm and 34G × 4 mm. Both use the same listed 4 mm length, making their gauge the main difference in the supplied size reference.

The 9-pin Screw Multi Needle is a separate accessory. The catalogue lists a screw-type format with 32G needles, nine pins and a 0–1.5 mm designation. The meaning of that dimensional designation and the final package specification depend on the selected version, so it should not be treated as a universal device setting.

FIGO thread systems: models and catalogue categories

The FIGO collection contains different molded-cog and specialty-thread references. The supplier organizes the model tables by reference category, including nose, infraorbital, brow and forehead, double chin, scalp and nasolabial formats. These categories describe the manufacturer catalogue, not a clinical recommendation.

  • Nose reference: FIGO C and FIGO Double X, with 19G × 38 mm / 40 mm thread and 19G × 60 mm / 80 mm thread formats, both listed as USP 2.

  • Infraorbital reference: FIGO M at 30G × 38 mm / 50 mm thread, USP 7-0; FIGO Double X at 19G × 60 mm / 210 mm thread, USP 2.

  • Brow and forehead reference: FIGO XZ at 21G × 80 mm / 290 mm thread, USP 2-0, and 23G × 60 mm / 190 mm thread, USP 3-0; FIGO X at 21G × 80 mm / 150 mm thread, USP 2-0.

  • Double-chin reference: FIGO X double-needle at 19G × 110 mm / 420 mm thread, USP 2; single at 18G × 100 mm / 170 mm thread, USP 3.

  • Scalp reference: FIGO M with a 30G × 25 mm needle and 30 mm thread, USP 7-0.

  • Nasolabial reference: FIGO BOMB at 21G × 38 mm / 50 mm thread or 21G × 60 mm / 70 mm thread, with supplier USP notation 5-0 × 9.

Thread length, needle reference and USP designation should be read together with the exact model. When discussing medical use, follow the current manufacturer IFU and any applicable local authorization rather than relying on a catalogue category alone.

YOUTH 40 and YOUTH 20 molding profiles

The professional collection also illustrates the YOUTH 40 and YOUTH 20 molding platforms within PDO/PCL reference families. The supplier lists a 420 mm thread length for YOUTH 40; it does not give a corresponding thread-length value for YOUTH 20 in the supplied portfolio. The polymer and exact model must be confirmed together when selecting a configuration.

ODM support: from reference model to branded portfolio

For distributors and professional brands developing a tailored range, AB LIFE GLOBAL offers an ODM discussion covering product configuration, branding, labels, packaging and supporting documentation. The process is organized into four stages:

  1. Select the product family, reference models and desired technical specifications.

  2. Customize the selected configuration, labels and packaging requirements.

  3. Document the applicable technical files, instructions and model-specific credentials.

  4. Review samples, required approvals and the commercial order conditions.

A practical checklist for professional buyers

Before requesting a price or discussing a distribution agreement, prepare a short product brief. This keeps conversations focused and avoids confusion between similar-looking medical accessories and different model variants.

  • Specify the exact product family, model, gauge, length and any thread or polymer designation.

  • Identify the destination country, planned channel and professional-use setting.

  • Request the latest model-specific IFU, product labeling, supporting technical documentation and applicable certificates.

  • Confirm packaging units, sample requirements, ODM options and lead-time expectations.

  • Review local classification and market-authorization requirements before commercial introduction.

The manufacturer-supplied portfolio shows CE, ISO 13485 and GMP marks. CE applicability is device- and model-specific; ISO 13485 concerns the manufacturer's quality-management system. A portfolio mark does not, by itself, establish regulatory authorization for every model or every destination market.

Frequently asked questions

What cannula gauges appear in the ES range?

Eight reference configurations cover 18G, 21G, 22G, 23G, 25G, 27G and 30G, with two lengths for 23G.

How are micro needles different from the nine-pin accessory?

The micro needles are individually listed in 32G × 4 mm and 34G × 4 mm configurations. The nine-pin accessory is a distinct 32G screw-type multi-needle format with nine pins.

Can the thread and cannula portfolio be customized?

ODM discussion is available for selected configurations, branding and packaging, subject to reference-model selection, documentation, sample review and commercial approval.

Does a certificate shown in the portfolio cover every device?

No blanket device-level conclusion should be drawn from portfolio marks. Confirm the certificate, its current scope, the exact model and the requirements of the destination market.
